Returns Policy
We hope that you will be totally happy with our products. However, please examine products received before cutting, stitching, etc., as claims will not be accepted after the silk has been cut, stitched, etc.
Should any of our products be faulty or you wish to exchange or have a refund, please return it in the state originally supplied (e.g. uncut, not sewn, etc.) and with the original packaging, and we will replace or refund you as requested.
